DESCRIPTION

A fruit of the capsicum is red, green or yellow hollow and containing seeds, they more referred to as “bell pepper”. The red and yellow peppers are usually sweet in taste while green peppers are less sweet and slightly bitterer. Due to the high demand on bell pepper, Egypt was able to cultivate them and export them in very large amounts to all over the world

Pepper is low in saturated fat, cholesterol, and sodium and is very high in dietary fiber, Vitamin A, C, E, K, B6, Potassium, Manganese, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate, Pantothenic Acid and Magnesium. This makes it ideal for maintaining optimum health and helps in losing weight.
