About EXPO
Expo international started out in 1991 as a private sector general export import company exporting a large range of food and non foodstuff items to France, Italy, Austria, Germanys The Netherlands, Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Australia and The Middle East.
By time Expo’s satisfied client list grew very large and Expo became a main source or Egyptian quality, reliability and trust in the field of frozen fruits and vegetables.
In the progress process Expo started out by purchasing products from local processors of frozen fruits and vegetables. Yet to meet and ensure the increasing demand of food safety and quality developing systems in the EEC, Expo had to come up with more advanced and efficient quality control measures, To achieve that, we rented processing lines and employed a supervision staff to ensure that the production process would be satisfactory and the final product would meet the quality and safety regulations.
It was not an easy job, as more difficult quality and safety measures were to be implemented, but unfortunately that was not possible at rented facilities, SO only then we realized that the only way to achieve these measures and maintain our customers satisfaction was to launch our own production site in 2004 under the name of Expo International For Food Industry according to the requirements of the HACCP and ISO 22000.

Expo now owns a 5000 square meter built factory and cold store on a 36000 square meter piece of land located in the Agro Industrial Zone of Ahmed Orabi, Km 35 Cairo Ismailia Desert Road, Cairo, Egypt.
